About Us
Founded in 2015, Guardian Angel Inspections Inc. emerged from a deeply personal journey of loss and hope. Our founders, Ricky and Jessica, faced the unimaginable tragedy of losing their beloved son, Nick. During this heart-wrenching time, they were enveloped by an outpouring of love and support from their families and community. Driven by a desire to give back and honor Nick's memory, they established Guardian Angel Inspections with a mission to assist others during one of the most significant events in their lives: buying a home.
In our logo, you’ll notice a small angel—Nick, our Guardian, watching over and guiding our efforts. Through his inspiration, we’ve conducted over 20,000 inspections, ensuring that each home inspection is completed with the utmost care and dedication.
At Guardian Angel Inspections, we are committed to giving back to our community.
Hosting quarterly raffles to provide child safety fences for swimming pools without barriers, enhancing safety for local families.
We proudly support the Live Like Jake Foundation, advocating for childhood drowning awareness by sponsoring their annual 5k and Gala.
Additionally, we are strong supporters of the Realtor Political Action Committee (RPAC) and are major investors, investing significantly each year to support Realtors and the real estate industry.
