How does it Work?
1)Just like any home improvement project, it all starts with an estimate. The real estate agent representing the listing begins by filling out a simple estimate request.
2) A Home Improvement Consultant (HIC) will reach out to the real estate agent to schedule a call and discuss project scope. You’ll receive a general quote to share with your clients.
3) Sign Now, Pay Later.
We’ll do a virtual walkthrough to finalize project details. From there, the homeowner signs a contract for the scope, with zero payment due ’til closing.
4)Meet Your Project Manager-
You’ll be assigned one of our experienced Project Managers who will be your point of contact throughout the entire project. Curbio Project Managers take care of every detail through the final punchlist, saving you time and stress!
5) Get Updates With The App
There’s no need to visit the property frequently or chase down contractors because you’ll have more visibility into projects than ever via the Curbio app! Schedule meetings, track progress, review photo & video updates, and select materials from any device.
6) Sellers Pay At Closing
Curbio gets paid when the home sells with no interest charges, fees, or price reduction requirements.
